Okay, I hate this but I have gotten a rather rude comment on my last post....
sooooo
to eliminate that problem I am putting on a comment moderation.
(What a pain in the neck)
I kinda' feel "wow, someone does read my posts and I MUST be making some good points or I wouldn't be notified by the
Crap Blog Detective."
I am so sorry that people can be so ugly
but that does NOT deter me from
enjoying each and everyone of my sweet friends.
It was suggested by LuLu that I do this and I think it is best for your edification.

Yep, it's too bad that from time to time we have to deal with that sort of thing.
Last year I got a really looooong comment from an "anonymous" reader that was very hurtful to me. I removed the comment, read the 2nd agreement of The Four Agreements *smiles* and got over it all.
I am soooo sorry that someone stooped so low to leave you a hurtful comment, but look at it this way . . . they must have liked SOMETHING about you or they wouldn't have wasted their time commenting *smiles*
You have many people that love you and care about you. Put me in that count! xo
Hey Sharon, yes, I have kept the comment modification on my blog, because for some reason I'm receiving notifications for male enhancement and something in russian. Boy...people!

It is really too bad that we have to do this isn't it? I am glad I have mine moderated because I have gotten a few comments this week that were just plain stupid. About viagra of all things. WHY do people do this?? I just don't understand, but I am glad we have the moderation option.

Hi Sharon... I changed a month or so ago when Cindy suggested we do it cause she got a nasty one also.... Have a great eve.
How sad people use our fun blogland to be mean. It just isn't necessary. If you are having a bad day keep it to yourself. There is no need to take it out on others. How rude! Anyway I use it just because it is easier than the word verification. It is giving a lot of people trouble. SO I'm ok with the moderation and I hope you don't get anymore mean people.

Oh, that's awful. People can be just so nasty! I'm sure it's probably someone that is jealous of your creativity, as they probably have none!! Of course your blog is beautiful, as is everything you post.
Here's something you may not realize. You can delete comments after they are posted. Just look for the little trash can icon underneath the comment, and click on it to remove it.

I thought we had put the comment moderator on your blog,hmmm. I have always had it on mine, for that very reason, to keep the garbage out.
Obviously, this person's whole reason for having a blog is to dump on others...very sad. Your comment back to him/her was brillant!
I do completely believe in free speech, but also do not have to listen to everyone's free speech or subject my readers to it.

Hi Sharon, I'm so sorry to hear that. Ugh. You can delete the comment too, if you want to. There is a little trash can next to each comment. Just click on that, and it'll delete it for you. I know, I think we've all been there. Sad people.
